DELETE DEVOTEE PROFILE / ACCOUNT

At Yatra369 (a unit of Siva Siva Seva Federation of India), we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your Devotee profile and account registered on the Yatra369 App, you can do so directly within the app or by submitting a web request on this page.

Method 1: Delete Directly in Yatra369 App

Open the Yatra369 App on your mobile device.
Tap on your Profile Icon located in the top menu or navigation bar.
Go to Settings > Account Settings.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Profile / Account".
Confirm your mobile number via OTP to complete immediate account removal.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have access to the Yatra369 App, you can fill out the deletion request form below. Our support team will verify your account details and initiate the profile deletion process.

Request Submitted Successfully! Your account deletion request has been received. Our verification team will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your registered email/phone.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Personal Data: Your name, phone number, saved delivery addresses, profile photo, and search history will be permanently deleted from our active servers.
App Tokens: Push notification tokens and saved device login sessions will be immediately invalidated.
Puja Bookings & Orders: Historical booking and store purchase records will be anonymized. Statutory tax invoices will be securely retained only for the legally mandated period.

Data Retention Policy

Pursuant to statutory regulatory compliance under Indian law, Yatra369 retains transaction invoices, tax documentation, and financial logs for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Non-essential personal identifiers are removed upon completion of the deletion workflow.
